About core
For SUP boards, we use EPS cores in different densities according to the board type and performance requirements. For race boards, a lighter EPS core can be used to reduce the overall board weight and improve speed and performance on the water.
For surfboards, we offer both PU and EPS core options. Imported PU foam from Austria is also available for customers who require specific material standards or board performance. EPS core is another popular option, especially for lightweight construction and epoxy surfboard designs.
For foil boards, we can customize the core structure according to the board type, target weight, strength requirements, and riding style.
Lightweight EPS foam is commonly used as the main core material to keep the board light and responsive. For high-stress areas such as the foil box, standing area, handle position, rail area, and other load-bearing sections, we can add different reinforcement materials, including high-density foam, PVC foam, PET foam, wood inserts, balsa wood, bamboo veneer, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other structural reinforcement solutions.
These materials can be combined with different lamination and sandwich constructions to improve board stiffness, foil box strength, impact resistance, compression resistance, and long-term durability.

sity and reinforcement layout can be adjusted based on the customer’s board design, foil system, intended use, and target price.
Manufacture a good board, it should base on a skilled shaper, so shaping is a very important produce process, all of our shaper have more than 10 years for shaping in this industry, We also have 3 AKU shapers imported from Australia.AKU Shaper make all the shapes are more standard, improve the precision of shape also improved our produce capacity.
Usually, our customers will provide the project files for AKU Shaper, some customer don't have this kind of files, but we can set up a new files for AKU Shaper base on the data of what customer need and want.
About LAMINATION

Lamination is the most important produce process for a board, there are some important points we have to pay more attention.

Lamination, the most important for a board, because that's the "basic" of construction, it will be affected by fabrics, epoxy resin, and handle operation.

Fabric: good quality fabric like Fiberglass, Carbon fiber, Kevlar... etc, we have many different fabrics for choose, most of them them are imported Japan.

Epoxy resin: we choose high quality epoxy for all of our boards, the epoxy not easy to discolor, to make board looks still like a new one, even used a longtime. More stronger, good epoxy not only good fit for fiberglass but also can provide stronger protection. More clearer, high quality epoxy also looks more clearer, so we use them to transparent surfboards.

Handle operation: all of our lamination workers are skilled and have around 7 years to make lamination process, all of our workers are have high quality awareness. We also have QA to check each step ensure they are meet quality standard.
In order to control the curing time of epoxy resin, all of our lamination workshop have big power air conditioners to make sure our workshop will keep 24 degree centigrade in summer to stop epoxy resin curing speed too fast. On the contrary, we also need keep our workshop around 25 to 27 degree centigrade to make sure the epoxy resin can curing in time and have a good cured state. Because our boards need a perfect curing time.
Each step we will wait epoxy cured enough, then we can begin to sanding process, as a skilled worker also can figure out what state of board was cured enough.Keep each step of epoxy cured enough, make sure each layer of fiberglass(fabric) is smooth enough, make sure all the fiberglass(fabric) is saturated with epoxy resin, it's easy to find it and avoid it.

To provide lighter and stronger boards for our customers, especially for foil board products, we have added a molded board production line.
Molded construction allows the board to have a more consistent structure, improved strength-to-weight performance, and better production efficiency compared with traditional hand-shaped and hand-laminated construction. It is especially suitable for foil boards that require higher stiffness, stronger foil box reinforcement, and long-term durability.
This process helps us offer stronger and more stable board construction while keeping the production cost more competitive for OEM/ODM projects.
