Stiffness is everything in a foil board. Flex between your feet and the foil wastes energy and dulls response, so our premium builds use carbon sandwich construction over a precision-shaped EPS core: CNC-cut blanks, vacuum-laminated skins, and added reinforcement exactly where loads peak. The result is a light, stiff board that pumps efficiently and holds up season after season.
Precision Shaping & a Reinforced Foil Track System
The foil-to-board connection takes more stress than any other part of the board. We CNC-cut the foil track boxes together with the blank for exact placement, then bed them in high-density reinforcement fused to both the core and the outer skin — locking the tracks in place ride after ride. Every board leaves the factory with verified track alignment and a watertight seal.

Quality Control on Every Board
Every custom foil board passes multi-stage inspection before it ships. Blank dimensions and rocker are checked against your approved spec, laminations are inspected for voids and dry spots, finished weight is verified within tolerance, and foil tracks are tested for alignment and pull strength. Finished boards ship in export-grade protective packaging built for container transport a board doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship — it's that simple.
